Often an Interim Executive would be required in the event that a key executive suddenly exits, exposing the organisation to risk during the time that the position remains vacant and an Executive Search is undertaken to find a replacement.

An Interim Executive has the capability to come into an organisation; hit the ground running; identify existing problems; formulate a strategy to address them make the difficult decisions; implement the changes; and effect a turnaround. After the objectives have been attained, the Interim Executive will ensure that there is a good Executive Team in place to build on the newly laid foundation before departing from the organisation.

The brief is then communicated to select candidates who most closely meet the specific requirements for the role. A shortlist of candidates is presented to the client, interviews follow and a contract agreed with the finally selected candidate.
